Please update any blogs, sites, etc. that has the show listed for the upcoming weekend. I will let you know as soon as we have confirmed a new date.

Welcome back! We are seeking out new members who can help us achieve our goals of preservation and education. Milltown Photography Contest Entries on Display at Milltown Library

The Milltown Public Library and the Milltown Historical Society recently collaborated  for the second time on a photography contest featuring pictures taken in our boro. There are many beautiful images, and its always interesting to see how different artists can make some of the same scenes look so different just by how they shoot their photos.

The pictures have just been hung in the Jane Strimple meeting room of the Public Library, where they will be on display until the end of…

Add "tags" to your photos or blog posts to make them searchable

When I get a request from a new member for some specific picture, or information, I think how useful it would be if I could find a way to search for that information. Especially if it exists on our own website! To help us search better, add tags that describe what you add. For example "1950s" or "Raritan River Railroad".

Thanks, and if you find any new pictures, please add them to the site. We'd all love to see them.

Several of the adults touring the Museum expressed interest in joining the Historical Society and helping us to open the Museum more frequently.…

Visiting the Museum

The Milltown History Museum and Annex Buildings will be open for tours on Sunday November 9, 2008 from 1-4 p.m. and on Saturday December 6, 2008 from 2-4 p.m.

That same evening, a local Cub Scout group also toured the… Continue
