What is your interest in Milltown history?
I currently live at 29 Booream Avenue and I want to learn more about my property. I understand it was built in 1938 by the pharmacist, Lukach. I've heard different stories, but want some real history on my house.

Hello,

It seems like a very nice house that you live in. I was always fascinated that he had RX on his chimney!

I am a colleague of Aimee at Parkview, and a neighbor since I am on Harrison Ave. I believe that a neighbor of mine, Jim Lukach Sr. is a cousin of the man who built your house. I will try to see him to ask him about it, so that we can find out more.

Barbara
