The Milltown History Museum and Annex Buildings will be open for tours on Sunday November 9, 2008 from 1-4 p.m. and on Saturday December 6, 2008 from 2-4 p.m.
On Thursday, October 30, the Museum was visited by 80 fourth grade students and eight adults. The students were fascinated by what they saw. They took notes and asked lots of questions, because they are currently studying the history of their community.
That same evening, a local Cub Scout group also toured the buildings.
It's great that so many people are coming to see the exhibits, learning more about Milltown.
If you would like to become a volunteer at the Museum, leave a comment here or call Kathy 732 227-1480. We would love to have more people to help give the tours. It would allow us to be open more often!
If you would like to tour the Museum, please save the dates of when we will be open. If you need to have a tour set up for a group at a different time, call Kathy or Bruce and we will try to arrange that for you.
